What is Your Skin Type?
Skin type is determined by genetics and can be made better or worse by the environment you live in, your age and your over all health.
Well balanced. Neither too oily or too dry.
Fine pores with a matt or flaky appearance. This skin type does not produce enough sebum to form a protective barrier against external influences. As skin matures it is more likely to become dry.
Redness and/or itchiness. Feeling of dehydration
and increase of fine lines.
Produces and abundance of sebum. Enlarged pores.
Dull or shiny, thick complexion.
Blackheads, pimples, or other blemishes can occur.
Can be dry or normal in some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone (nose, forehead, and chin). Many people have combination skin, which may benefit from slightly different types of skin care in different areas.
